David, now known as The Cajun Crawfish King, was born and raised on the West Bank of New Orleans. He also spent 25 years living in Lafayette, LA. Needless to say, this man knows his Cajun food. Working in Oil & Gas, David had the luxury of traveling and living all over the world and picked up tricks from other cultures along the way - like those jars of chilies which with you see him seasoning his boil.

This is David’s second time living in the Houston area. Like most semi-retired Cajun men, he just couldn’t sit still. So he decided to outfit his trailer for boiling bugs, so he could make sure the people of Houston were eating crawfish the way they were intended to be eaten.

David is available to set-up at local bars as a pop-up and for private events. So hit him up, and laissez les bons temps rouler, cher!
